Our raw material comes from the special breed of goats indigenous to the high altitudes of the Himalayas.
Goats used for pashmina shed their winter coat every spring. One goat sheds approximately 80–170 gram (3–6 ounces) of the fibre.

The production process of the original shawl is long and tedious.
It takes long enough to collect and clean the raw material . Yarn is hand spun on traditional wooden wheel called charkha.
Hand woven on loom which requires patience and hard work and takes a very long time to get complete. Our threads are handcrafted. By placing the thread on the loom by hand, we design the desired pattern, then we need to pulout thred one by one by hand then It is ready to make shawls. The next step is hand washing with a delicate washing powder and soap. After washing, we dye the product for about an hour until the desired color is obtained. Then ironing and packing. Finally shawl are go on sale in our store.
